The Trillium is the little brother of the Kyoto. It is a traditionally braced grand concert guitar with an oval soundhole and a raised rosette.
The x-braced guitars that I build are exceptionally versatile. They compliment song as well as support either fingerpicked or flatpicked melodies.
The Trillium is an immensly responsive instrument, offering brilliant articulation to the most subtle and sensitivite methods of attack.
The instrument displayed here has a Koa top. Koa is generally associated with the Primative American Fingerstyle school of playing, especially when used as a soundboard.
The Trillium is also available with either a Spruce, Cedar or Sinker Redwood top.
